Although speaking about US tax, the ideas in Doug Bownman’s article are sound enough to use in UK business. Having a separate account for a portion of earnings to automatically be placed is something to look into.

well there’s a cool thing. Simply link to an audio file in a blog post and WordPress will create the correct enclosure info and your standard rss feed become a podcast feed too!
