New Diet: Day 2

Yesterday’s consumption…

Breakfast

Mid-morning

Lunch

Afternoon

Dinner

Also went to the pub and consumed 1 pint of beer and 1 glass of red wine. Drank water throughout the day.

This is the pattern. Subsequent entries will be abbreviated and slightly more interesting.
