Tutorial Booking System (2016)

I was the Lead User Experience Designer on the Learning Events Management System project that delivered a system to enable students to book onto face-to-face and online tutorials.

I led a complex network of stakeholders through the full User Centred Design process and won over a few people who were quite resistent to the approach. The service was delivered incrementally via Scrum Sprints. Agile UX was undertaken to ensure that each increment was thoroughly tested before deployment to students.
