Thanks to some handy server logs, I think most of it is back up, but if you find a <a href=\"..\/pages\/broken-links.htm\">broken links<\/a>, please <a href=\"..\/pages\/broken-links.htm\">let me know<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Stuff that I&#8217;ve put back on the server today:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n              <a href=\"..\/stories\/sky_digital.htm\">Sky Digital<br \/>\n                rant<\/a>\n        <\/li>\n<li><a href=\"..\/gran_canaria.htm\">Gran Canaria 2001 holiday snaps<\/a><\/li>\n<li>A few other photos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I&#8217;ve also just added a <a href=\"..\/pages\/grand-designs.htm\">page<\/a> that links to sites that visually stimulate. Imaginatively titled &#8216;<a href=\"..\/pages\/grand-designs.htm\">Grand Designs<\/a>&#8216;, the page is a showcase of some of the best design on the web. There are only two links on it at the moment as I&#8217;ve been busying myself with getting all this content back up. I will add to it over the  next few weeks.<\/p>\n<p>Having finally got my head around PHP, I&#8217;ve created a few sectioned off areas that require a password. Most of the site, however, remains open  to the public.<\/p>\n<p>On the topic of &#8216;design&#8217;, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zeldman.com\">Zeldman<\/a>  is in the process of yet another re-design. I never truly got on with the white on green design and much prefer the new black on white attempt. However, it still lacks the clarity of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zeldman.com\/daily\/0202b.html\">the design<\/a> he was using between 1999 and 2002.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;ve just discovered that lots of content that used to be on this site has gone missing between servers.
